精(jing)拔無(wu)(wu)縫鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)低(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)回(hui)(hui)(hui)火脆(cui)(cui)(cui)性(xing)(xing) 合(he)金鋼淬(cui)火得到(dao)馬氏體(ti)組織后(hou),在(zai)(zai)250~400℃溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度范圍回(hui)(hui)(hui)火使鋼脆(cui)(cui)(cui)化(hua)(hua),其韌性(xing)(xing)一脆(cui)(cui)(cui)性(xing)(xing)轉化(hua)(hua)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度明顯升高。已脆(cui)(cui)(cui)化(hua)(hua)的精(jing)拔無(wu)(wu)縫鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)不(bu)能再(zai)用低(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)回(hui)(hui)(hui)火加熱(re)的方法消除,故(gu)又稱為%26ldquo;不(bu)可逆回(hui)(hui)(hui)火脆(cui)(cui)(cui)性(xing)(xing)%26rdquo;。精(jing)拔無(wu)(wu)縫鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)主要發生(sheng)(sheng)在(zai)(zai)合(he)金結構鋼和(he)低(di)(di)(di)合(he)金超高強度精(jing)拔無(wu)(wu)縫鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)等(deng)鋼種(zhong)。已脆(cui)(cui)(cui)化(hua)(hua)精(jing)拔無(wu)(wu)縫鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的斷(duan)(duan)口是(shi)沿晶(jing)(jing)斷(duan)(duan)口或是(shi)沿晶(jing)(jing)和(he)準解理混合(he)斷(duan)(duan)口。產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)低(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)回(hui)(hui)(hui)火脆(cui)(cui)(cui)性(xing)(xing)的原因,普遍認為:(1)與(yu)滲碳體(ti)在(zai)(zai)低(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)回(hui)(hui)(hui)火時以薄片狀(zhuang)在(zai)(zai)原奧(ao)氏體(ti)晶(jing)(jing)界(jie)析(xi)出,造(zao)(zao)成晶(jing)(jing)界(jie)脆(cui)(cui)(cui)化(hua)(hua)密(mi)切相關(guan)。(2)雜質元(yuan)素磷等(deng)在(zai)(zai)原奧(ao)氏體(ti)晶(jing)(jing)界(jie)偏聚也(ye)是(shi)造(zao)(zao)成低(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)回(hui)(hui)(hui)火脆(cui)(cui)(cui)性(xing)(xing)原因之(zhi)一。含磷低(di)(di)(di)于0.005%的高純度精(jing)拔無(wu)(wu)縫鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)并不(bu)產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)低(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)回(hui)(hui)(hui)火脆(cui)(cui)(cui)性(xing)(xing)。磷在(zai)(zai)火加熱(re)時發生(sheng)(sheng)奧(ao)氏體(ti)晶(jing)(jing)界(jie)偏聚,淬(cui)火后(hou)保留下來。磷在(zai)(zai)原奧(ao)氏體(ti)晶(jing)(jing)界(jie)偏聚和(he)滲碳體(ti)回(hui)(hui)(hui)火時在(zai)(zai)原奧(ao)氏體(ti)晶(jing)(jing)界(jie)析(xi)出,這兩個因素造(zao)(zao)成沿晶(jing)(jing)脆(cui)(cui)(cui)斷(duan)(duan),促(cu)成了精(jing)拔無(wu)(wu)縫鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)低(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)回(hui)(hui)(hui)火脆(cui)(cui)(cui)性(xing)(xing)的發生(sheng)(sheng)。
精拔(ba)無縫鋼管中合金元(yuan)素(su)對低(di)溫回(hui)(hui)火脆(cui)性(xing)產生(sheng)較大的(de)影響。鉻和(he)錳促進雜(za)質元(yuan)素(su)磷(lin)等(deng)在奧(ao)氏體(ti)(ti)晶界偏(pian)聚,從而促進低(di)溫回(hui)(hui)火脆(cui)性(xing),鎢和(he)釩基本(ben)上沒有影響,鉬降低(di)低(di)溫回(hui)(hui)火精拔(ba)無縫鋼管的(de)韌性(xing)一(yi)脆(cui)性(xing)轉化溫度(du)(du),但尚(shang)不足以抑制低(di)溫回(hui)(hui)火脆(cui)性(xing)。硅能推遲回(hui)(hui)火時滲碳(tan)體(ti)(ti)析出,提高(gao)其生(sheng)成溫度(du)(du),故(gu)可提高(gao)精拔(ba)無縫鋼管低(di)溫回(hui)(hui)火脆(cui)性(xing)發生(sheng)的(de)溫度(du)(du)。
